The present invention is a transferable film in which a transparent base material is provided with a colored resin layer via a release layer, an adhesive layer that becomes adhesive under pressure or heat, and a primer layer is formed on the base film. Prepare a primer film, overlap the primer film so that the primer layer is in contact with the adhesive layer, display desired characters, designs, etc. on the surface while applying pressure, and adhere to the primer film at that part. Then, by peeling off this primer film, the colored resin layer of the adhered portion is transferred to the primer film, and the colored resin layer is removed from the transferable film to reveal characters, etc. A copy master plate can be obtained very easily and inexpensively without requiring any labor, and the master plate can be used to easily make copies of well-finished characters, designs, etc.
The primer film to which the designs have been transferred can be used to preserve the original characters and designs, and can also be used as a copying master plate to make copies.

When using this, overlap the primer layer of the primer film so that it is in contact with the adhesive layer of the migration film, and apply a slightly hard object such as a ballpoint pen, pencil, or iron pen to the surface of the migration film or the surface of the primer film. When writing desired letters, figures, models, etc. using a writing utensil, etc., while applying slight pressure, the adhesive layer will break down due to the pressure applied to the adhesive layer and frictional heat. Adhesive properties are developed and the film adheres to the overlapped primer film in those areas, but does not adhere to areas where no pressure is applied. This primer film has a primer layer provided on one side of the base film, and since this primer layer is in contact with the adhesive layer as described above, it can more effectively express the adhesive properties of the adhesive. The primer film and the migration film can be bonded more reliably in that area.

When you remove the primer film after writing the desired characters, etc., the primer film is not adhered to the migration film in the areas where no characters were written, so the primer film can be peeled off as it is, but the characters, etc. are removed. The primer film cannot be peeled off as it is because it is glued at the written part, but a release layer is formed between the migration film base material and the colored resin layer, so it can be removed from this part of the release layer. It peels off easily and cleanly, and the adhesive layer and colored resin layer in that area are reliably transferred to the plummer film side.

In addition, the adhesive layer formed on the transferable film as described above exhibits adhesive properties under heat or pressure, so it is not adhesive under normal conditions and is easy to handle and store. be. Even if a typewriter, a letterpress printing machine, a letterpress stamp, etc. are used instead of the above-mentioned writing utensils, and instead of adding directly to the surface of either the transferable film or the primer film layered as described above, By overlaying a ready-made printed matter on the surface and tracing pictures, letters, patterns, etc. on the printed matter under pressure, a copying original plate similar to the above can be obtained corresponding to the printed matter.

Example 1 A solution containing 1 part of wax (MP80 to 150°C) in 50 parts of toluene (the same applies below by weight) and 50 parts of cyclohexane was applied to one side of a polyester film base material 1 with a thickness of about 12 μm to a thickness of about 12 μm. A release layer 2 of 0.2μ is formed, and on top of that, 10 parts of acrylic resin, 7 parts of coumaron indene resin, 20 parts of carbon black, and titanium white.
A uniform mixture of 80 parts of toluene, 15 parts of toluene, and 68 parts of ethyl acetate was applied to form a colored resin layer 3 having a thickness of about 5 μm. Next, an adhesive solution prepared by dissolving 10 parts of vinyl acetate resin and 7 parts of coumaron indene resin in a mixed solvent consisting of 15 parts of toluene and 68 parts of ethyl acetate was applied onto this to form an adhesive layer 4 with a thickness of about 3 μm. A transfer film 5 was obtained. A primer solution prepared by dissolving 10 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10 parts of chlorinated polypropylene, and 10 parts of phenolic resin in 35 parts of toluene and 35 parts of cyclohexane was also applied to one side of a polypropylene base film 6 with a thickness of about 30μ. was applied to obtain the required primer film 8. The resulting migration film 5 and primer film 8 were placed one on top of the other with the adhesive layer of the former facing the primer layer 7 of the latter, and desired characters, designs, etc. were strongly written on the surface of the polypropylene film of the primer film with a ballpoint pen. After, polymer film 8
When the film is peeled off, the lines corresponding to the letters and designs written on the surface of the film will transfer to the primer layer of the primer film, and the transferable film will have no missing lines corresponding to the letters and designs. The transferred layer remains, and the required original plate for copying is obtained.
This original plate is transparent with white areas in the above-mentioned image areas, and is opaque and colored black in areas other than the above-mentioned image areas, so it can be used with various types of transparency copying machines to obtain copies, and Xerox (product name) Copies were easily obtained by applying to various reflective copying machines using other electrophotographic methods. In addition, instead of adding directly to the surface of either the transferable film or the primer film that has been superimposed as described above, a ready-made printed matter is superimposed on the surface, and the pictures, letters, patterns, etc. of the printed matter are applied under pressure. By tracing, it is also possible to obtain a copying original plate similar to the one described above corresponding to a printed matter.
