The present invention will be explained below based on illustrated embodiments. 1 to 4 are diagrams showing a first embodiment, in which a metal fitting for hanging a mooring rope 10 is used as the hanging metal fitting 4. That is, 3 is a base, which is made of a precast concrete plate whose lower surface is flat, has a plurality of vertical holes 9 formed therethrough, and has latches 4 implanted therein. The latching fitting 4 consists of a lower horizontal bar and an inverted U-shaped latching portion welded to the upper side of the horizontal bar, and the latching member 4 is embedded within the base 3 and is connected to the inverted U-shaped latching portion. A hook 11 at the end of the cable rope 10 is hooked to the portion. Although the base 3 has a rectangular planar shape in this embodiment, it can have a different shape depending on the usage, the magnitude of the load, and other conditions.

The base 3 is placed on the upper surface of cast-in-place concrete 6 that forms a part of the underwater ground 1 and is used to level the upper surface of the ground 1. The cast-in-place concrete 6 is made by pouring concrete into an excavated portion 5 formed by excavating the bottom flat, and uses this as a foundation, and has a flat top surface. In addition, a plurality of vertical holes 7 are excavated in the cast-in-place concrete 6 and the ground 1 below it, and the anchor material 2 is fixed to the vertical hole 7 with a hardening material 8, so that the anchor material 2 is attached to the ground 1. It is kept fixed.

The anchor material 2 is made of a steel rod, and its upper end projects upward through the vertical hole 9 of the base 3 beyond the cast-in-place concrete 6, and a male thread is formed in the projecting portion. And nut 12 to this male thread.
are screwed together, and the base 3 is crimped and fixed to the upper surface of the cast-in-place concrete 6. It goes without saying that the anchor material 2 is not just a steel rod, but may also be an expandable anchor that can be reliably installed underwater and has sufficient fixing properties. In this way, the base 3 is rigidly connected to the ground 1 and constitutes a pedestal A on the ground surface.

Next, as shown in FIG.
A vertical hole 7 is excavated in the ground 1 using a drill. Vertical hole 7
are continuously excavated into the cast-in-place concrete 6 and the ground 1 below, and are formed at a plurality of locations. Then, as shown in Figure d, the vertical hole 7 is filled with hardening material 8 and the anchor material 2 is inserted to fix the anchor material 2 to the ground 1. As the hardening material 8, a known material such as cement mortar is used.

Then, as shown in Figure e, the base 3 is placed on the top surface of the cast-in-place concrete 6. The base 3 has the above-mentioned structure, and the upper end of the anchor material 2 is connected to the vertical hole 9.
The base 3 is lowered and placed on the upper surface of the cast-in-place concrete 6 so that it is inserted into the concrete 6. Then, screw the nut 12 onto the upper end of the anchor material 2, and
Pedestal A is completed by pressing and fixing to the upper surface of cast-in-place concrete 6. Here, since the lower surface of the base 3 and the upper surface of the cast-in-place concrete 6 are both flat, the anchor material 2 and the nut 12
When the base 3 is fixed by fastening, the stress generated between the base 3 and the cast-in-place concrete 6 is dispersed over the entire joint surface between the two. Therefore, there is no risk of damage to the base 3 due to stress concentration. A hook 11 of a cable rope 10 is hooked to the hook 4 to moor a ship or the like at the other end of the cable rope 10.

Here, when tidal currents, wind pressure, etc. affect the work scaffold 13 and the work barge 14 and tension is applied to the rope 10, the rope 10 is attached to the base 3 via the hook 11 and the latch 4. However, since the base 3 is fixed to the ground 1 via the anchor material 2 and the hardening material 8, it supports the tensile force of the cable rope 10 and supports the work scaffold 13 and the work platform. Prevent movement and shaking of the ship 14.

FIGS. 5 and 6 are diagrams showing other examples of the pedestal.
That is, in this example, the center of the upper surface of the base 3 is made to protrude, making the entire base 3 convex. 3a is the protrusion. Further, a bolt is used as the latching member 4, and the head thereof is embedded in the base 3 and installed. This base 3 is fixed to the ground 1 to constitute a pedestal B as in the above embodiment, and a steel pipe 1 is attached to the protrusion 3a.
The lower end of the steel pipe 15 is fitted onto the outside, the flange at the lower end of the steel pipe 15 is engaged with the latching fitting 4, and a nut 16 is screwed into the latching fitting 4 to support the steel pipe 15.

FIG. 10 shows yet another fifth pedestal. When excavating the excavated portion 5, the area where the vertical hole 7 is to be excavated is redundantly excavated to form an excavated recess 5a, and concrete 6a is also poured here. This is an example of setting the location. According to this example, there is an effect that the overload applied to the cast-in-place concrete 6 can be dispersed as much as possible and transmitted and supported to the ground 1.

In addition, although each of the above-mentioned pedestals is applied to the ground at the bottom of the water as the ground 1, it goes without saying that the ground 1 is not limited to the bottom of the water but may be ground on land. In this case, it goes without saying that it can be widely used as a pedestal for fixing ropes used in various construction works such as suspension bridge cables to the ground surface.

As is clear from the above, according to this invention,
Since the pedestal can be constructed relatively easily without using large-scale mechanical equipment, construction costs can be reduced. In addition, since cast-in-place concrete is placed on the underside of the base, it is possible to create a foundation that corresponds to the location where the pedestal is installed, and the base placed on top of the base is made of precast concrete. This makes the construction work easier.

Furthermore, since the bottom surface of the base and the top surface of cast-in-place concrete are flat, when securing the base using anchor materials or using the base after completion, the base will not be affected by excessive weight or traction force. Since the stress generated between the base and the concrete due to the applied force is dispersed over the entire joint surface between the two, there is no risk of damage to the base.
