に、横筋を一時あずける(配筋位置と同じ)ため
金具を縦筋及び既に取付けた横筋に取付けておく
ことによつて、鉄筋の結束作業の労力の低減と作
業能率の向上を図ることによつて、従来の作業方
法に対してコストダウンを図つた点にある。
