- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイーゼルエンジン１のうず流室２内で、噴射
ノズル３から燃料１５が噴射される噴射領域４に
蓄熱突起５を突設して構成したデイーゼルエンジ
ンのうず流室式副燃焼室において、 うず流室２の室上半部６をシリンダヘツド７で
形成するのに対し、その室下半部８を筒状口金９
で形成し、シリンダヘツド７の室上半部６の下側
の口金取付穴１０に筒状口金９を内嵌固定し、 筒状口金９の口金上半部１１から蓄熱突起５を
内向きに突出させ、筒状口金９の少なくとも口金
上半部１１の蓄熱突起５の背部に遮熱手段１２を
設け、蓄熱突起５に蓄えられる熱が口金上半部１
１からシリンダヘツド７に逃げるのを遮熱手段１
２で遮断するように構成した、 ことを特徴とするデイーゼルエンジンのうず流室
式副燃焼室。
