  1. 転写紙の綴代部に製本時の接着剤として機能す
    るトナー層を形成する製本用トナー層形成装置に
    おいて、表紙に相当する転写紙への上記トナー層
    の形成動作を解除するトナー層形成解除モードを
    具備することを特徴とする製本用トナー層形成装
    置。
