[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] This invention relates to a simple disposable grater in which a large number of protruding blades are formed on one side of a plastic film by vacuum/pressure.

Generally, this type of grater is made of a hard material such as metal, ceramic, or injection molded plastic, and has a sharp protruding blade with a sharp ridge line formed on one side of the grater. In addition, the grater slag became entangled in the ridge line, requiring considerable effort to clean it.

In addition, in recent years, there has been an increase in the number of people working alone or single people living in so-called temporary homes with extremely small numbers of people, and in many cases they are not equipped with grating tools that are rarely used. It is preferable to add a grated tool each time along with a serving of grated foods such as daikon radish, sweet potato, wasabi, carrot, apple, etc. However, the cost of using conventional grated tools is high, so it is difficult to implement this method. It's something that never happened.

On the other hand, in order to obtain the above-mentioned grater at a low cost, it has been considered to vacuum or pressure-form a large number of protruding blades on a plastic film, but such a method does not have enough sharp edges and sufficient hardness for grating. The problem was that it was not possible to obtain a blade with this.

In view of these circumstances, the inventor of the present invention has conducted various experiments and found that the hardness and sharpness of the tip are more closely related to the sharpness of the ridgeline than the sharpness of the ridgeline when grating grated foods. We focused on the fact that when sharpened by vacuum/pressure forming, the semi-molten resin concentrates at the tip of the blade, and after hardening, the hardness of that area increases significantly. The above-mentioned problems have been solved by forming a large number of sharp protruding edges by vacuum/pressure forming.

When the proposed grater is formed by vacuum/pressure forming, the semi-molten plastic film concentrated at the tip of the protruding blade fuses with each other, slightly increasing the thickness of that part. This has the effect of providing a protruding blade with hardness and sharpness.

Hereinafter, the structure of the present invention will be described in more detail based on the embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 is a grater main body made of a relatively hard plastic film, 2 is a protrusion blade arranged in many rows on one side of the grater. , by vacuum/pressure forming using a mold (not shown) equipped with a suction port at the center of the recess corresponding to the protruding blade,
As shown in FIG. 2, the tip 2' is made thick. Further, numeral 3 indicates a grated material collection port recessed or penetrating through one side of the main body 1.

It goes without saying that the protruding blade 2 of the present grater may have a pyramidal shape such as a triangular or square shape in addition to the conical shape shown in FIG.

Next, we will discuss the usage examples of the proposed grater.
In FIG. 3, for example, one serving of sweet potatoes, daikon radish, etc. is stored in a plastic film container 4 equipped with a partition 4', and the container 4 is closed with the grater main body 1 with the blade 2 facing inside. (See the right half of the same figure) On the other hand, when using the above-mentioned grater, all you have to do is turn it over so that the blades 2 are facing upward, and fit it onto the upper edge of the container 4 (see the left half of the figure). (see half).

(Effects of the invention) As mentioned above, the simple grater of the present invention has a large number of protruding blades 2 on one side of the plastic film by vacuum/pressure forming, so it can be produced at an extremely low cost and is disposable. In addition, the tip of the blade 2 has sufficient hardness and sharpness to allow smooth grating, but unlike conventional products,
Since it is not a requirement for the blade to have a sharp ridgeline, it will not hurt even if your fingers come into contact with the blade during use, and the grated slag will not get entangled with the ridgeline.
It can be easily washed with tap water.

In addition, as mentioned above, the proposed grater is disposable, so it can be used as a lid for packaging containers for grated foods such as radish, making it easy to prepare various grated foods on the dining table of temporary homes. It has a wide range of uses and excellent effects that could not be expected from conventional graters.
