Claims (1)
- ハウジング側の固定フランジにパツキングを介
して弾力的に嵌着された固定シールリングと、ハ
ウジング内周に挿通されたシヤフト側の回転フラ
ンジに他のパツキングを介して弾力的に嵌着され
た回転シールリングとが、その対向端面同士で密
接摺動してスラリー液を密封するメカニカルシー
ルであつて、前記両パツキングの前記スラリー液
との接触面を含む表面に、耐摩性可撓材を被着し
たことを特徴とするスラリー用メカニカルシール
。
