Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 超音波を送波及び受波する複数の振動子と、複
    数の振動子を駆動する送波回路と、対象物を反射
    した超音波を受波した振動子の出力信号を一定の
    レベルに増幅するＡＧＣ機能とＡＧＣ機能を停止
    して一定のゲインを有する増幅機能とを発揮する
    ＡＧＣ回路と、ＡＧＣ回路の出力信号のデレイ及
    び加算を行うデレイ・加算回路と、デレイ・加算
    回路の出力を二次元イメージのためにログ検波す
    るログアンプと、デレイ・加算回路の出力をドプ
    ライメージのために直交検波するドプラ検波回路
    と、ログアンプ及びドプラ検波回路の出力信号を
    デジタル処理し、画像信号に変換するデジタルス
    キヤンコンバータと、送波回路、デレイ・加算回
    路及びデジタルスキヤンコンバータを同期させる
    クロツクを出力し、ＡＧＣ回路にその二つの機能
    の切換制御を行い、ＡＧＣ回路にＡＧＣ機能を働
    かせる切換制御時にドプラ検波回路に直交検波を
    行わせる信号を出力するコントローラ回路とを備
    えたことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
