センサによる速度検出、ワイヤガイド部でのワイヤ有無
をセンサ検出することにエリ、ワイヤ切断刃の動きを制
御しワイヤ送りと同期化させるとともに、切断長さを調
整出来るようにしたもDである。ワイヤを切断すること
