ツパー等より構成されるトレーニング用のバーベ
ルやダンベルにおいて、前記シヤフトの両端部に
は、シヤフトの外径よりも細い周溝凹部が適宜任
意数形成されており、且つ該シヤフトには複数個
の係止部材が固着されると共に、任意の重量を有
するウエイトプレートが挿着され、更にウエイト
ストツパーが挿着固定されると共に、該ウエイト
ストツパーは、ウエイトストツパー本体にキヤツ
プが接合されており、且つ該キヤツプの内部には
、ウエイトストツパー係止用スプリングと該ウエ
イトストツパー係止用スプリングの作動ボタンが
設置されており、該ウエイトストツパー係止用ス
プリングが前記シヤフトに形成した周溝凹部に係
合する構成を特徴とするトレーニング用のバーベ
ル及びダンベル。 ２ 前記ウエイトストツパー本体の外周縁部には
