新規な提案に関する。

(問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案は上記問題点を解決し、良質の包装袋が
得られるようになさしめるものであつて、搬送帯
の巾方向に対し均一なピツチ間隔で取付けた固定
用把持爪を介し包装袋の各袋口を同一方向となる
ようにして載置し、且つ上記ピツチ間隔で間歇移
動するようなさしめると共に、各包装袋の袋口部
を上下吸着盤の作動で開口されるようになし、一
方搬送帯の上記開口される袋口と直交する側に断
面U字状の被充填物用供給皿を往復作動するシリ
ンダーのピストン杆と接続させ、且つ搬送帯の間
歇移動による停止と関連して被充填物用供給皿が
開口した袋口内へ挿入されるようになし、他方上
記被充填物用供給皿上には上記被充填物用供給皿
が袋口内へ挿入されることゝ連動しシリンダー作
動で揺動して被充填物用供給皿上の被充填物を袋
内へ押し込むようになすための押し込み杆を設
け、また搬送帯の該開口される包装袋上方箇所に
は下面にスポンジゴムの貼着された押圧板を上記
押し込み杆と連動しシリンダー作動で上下動する
ように構成したことを特徴とする。

を押圧板で押圧して供給皿の引抜き作業に於ける
形崩れ防止が同時に図られるものとなつており、
包装仕上げが美しく仕上るものとなるのである。

なし、他方上記被充填物供給皿上には上記被充填
物用供給皿が袋口内へ挿入されることゝ連動しシ
リンダー作動で揺動して被充填物用供給皿上の被
充填物を袋内へ押し込むようになすための押し込
み杆を設け、また搬送帯の該開口される包装袋上
方箇所には下面にスポンジゴムの貼着された押圧
板を上記押し込み杆と連動しシリンダー作動で上
下動するように構成したことを特徴とする包装袋
に対する被充填物の押入装置。
