Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、一枚の基板を折曲げて形成する折畳
み式容器に関する。
〔従来技術〕
一枚の基板を折曲げて形成する容器は、実公昭
57−36580号公報によつて提案されており、これ
は、第３図に示すように、正四角形又は正八角形
状底板５２の一辺おき毎の各辺に頂部５３ａを曲
線５６で切取つてなる五角形状側板５３を、他の
辺には三角形又は四角形状側板５４をそれぞれ設
け、該五角形状側板５３と該三角形又は四角形状
側板５４との間に三角形状の折込み部５５を連設
し、全体として正方形状の一枚のシートとなし、
前記両側板５３，５４を折立した場合において折
込部５５が両側板間に畳み込まれ組み立てられる
ように構成される。
しかし、上記容器においては、容器としての保
形が単に五角形状側板５３、四角形状側板５４及
び折込み部５５の間に設けられた折り線の折曲げ
によつて形成されており、保形性が不安定であ
る。特にこの容器を蒸しパン、ケーキ、豆腐等の
加熱凝固食品を加熱調理するため、あるいは羊か
ん、ゼリー等の冷却固化食品を加熱溶解するため
に使用すると、容器が液状の内容物の重量により
容易に展開させられてしまう問題がある。
本考案は従来の折畳み式容器の上述の問題に鑑
みなされたものであつて、保形性、特に蓋を開い
た半開き状態の保形性に優れた折畳み式容器を提
供することを目的とする。
〔考案の構成〕
上記目的を達成する本考案の折畳み式容器の構
成上の特徴とするところは、一枚の基板を折曲げ
て形成する容器において、底面を六角形以上の偶
数多角形となし、底面の谷折り線の各辺に、交互
に第１側板と第２側板を連設し、第１側板の先端
に蓋板を連設し、第２側板の先端に蓋片を連設
し、第２側板にその下端両頂点から延び上端に終
る２本の第１山折り線を設け、蓋片に第１山折り
線の終端から延び第１山折り線より大きな角度で
互に近づく方向へ傾斜して上端に終る２本の第２
山折り線を設け、第２側板と蓋片の境界線のうち
第１山折り線の終端に挾まれた部分を谷折り線と
なし、他の部分を山折り線としたことである。
また、本考案の一実施態様は、上記第１山折り
線と第２山折り線がそれらの連結部付近を切断線
として構成される。
なお、ここで谷折り線及び山折り線は、基板を
加工するときは単に折り線すなわち罫線として加
工され、折畳んで容器にするときそれぞれ谷折り
及び山折りとされることを意味するものとする。
〔実施例〕
以下、本考案の実施例の折畳み式容器を図に基
づいて説明する。第１図に示すように、基板１の
中央に正八角形の底面２を形成し、底面２の各辺
４に谷折り線を施す。なお、第１図において一点
鎖線は谷折り線を示し、点線は山折り線を示す。
底面２の各辺４には第１側板６と第２側板８が交
互に設けられる。第１側板６の各側辺１０には谷
折り線が施こされその外側に先端に係止手段すな
わち鉤部１２を有する蓋板１４が設けられる。
一方、第２側板８の外側辺１６は、両側の第１
側板６の頂点Ａを結ぶ、底面２の辺４と平行な線
より内方へ傾斜した頂点側の２つの傾斜辺AB２
０と、これらに挾まれ、辺４と平行な平行辺BB
１８とからなる。外側辺１６のさらに外側には蓋
片２２が設けられる。傾斜辺ABには山折り線、
平行辺BBには谷折り線がそれぞれ施される。
底辺２の頂点Ｃと外側辺１６の中間点Ｂとを結
ぶ線CBは辺４に対し角度α＝86゜傾斜しており、
ここに山折り線が施される。中間点Ｂからさらに
外側へは、平行辺BBに対し角度β＝65゜傾斜した
山折り線が施される。なお、中間点BBにおいて
連なる放射方向に延びた２本の山折り線を、中間
点Ｂ付近において切断線とすることにより、固い
基板についても容易に折畳むことができ、保形性
も優れたものとすることができる。
上記構成の基板は、第２図に示すように、各折
り線を所定方向へ折曲げて容器が形成される。第
２側板８の上部においては、山折り線により３つ
に分割された蓋片２２の内、中間部分Ｍが水平に
内側へ折曲り、両側部分Ｎが中間部分Ｍの上に折
重ねられ、蓋片２２のこれらの折畳みにより隣接
する第１側板６の頂点Ａが互に寄せつけられ、ま
たこの折癖により隣接した頂点Ａの分離を妨げ、
容器の保形性が著しく強化される。対向する蓋板
１４の鉤部１２は互に係合させられて、係止され
た蓋が形成される。
内容物の撹拌等のために本容器を半開き状態に
するには、鉤部１２の係合を解き、必要により蓋
板１４を持上げる。また、加熱調理後の内容物を
取出す等のために本容器を全開き状態にするに
は、蓋片２２の中間部分Ｍを第２側板８の中央部
分とほぼ同一面となるように持上げた後各側板
６，８を押広げる。
〔考案の効果〕
本考案は、上述のように、一つ置きの側板の上
方に、他の隣接して設けられた側板を近接させて
保持する作用を有する蓋片を設けて構成されるか
ら、側板の起立状態が容易に維持され、優れた保
形性を有する。従つて、液状の内容物の撹拌や電
子レンジ等による加熱調理も効率的かつ安全に行
うことができる。
また、蓋片２２に切断線を入れると、折畳みが
容易となり、さらに加熱調理時に発生する蒸気が
この切断線から基板に侵入し、基板の切断線付近
を軟弱化するため、蓋片２２を引起こして容器を
全開状態にすることを容易にする効果を有する。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一枚の基板を折曲げて形成する容器におい
    て、底面を六角形以上の偶数多角形となし、底
    面の谷折り線の各辺に、交互に第１側板と第２
    側板を連設し、第１側板の先端に蓋板を連設
    し、第２側板の先端に蓋片を連設し、第２側板
    にその下端両頂点から延び上端に終る２本の第
    １山折り線を設け、蓋片に第１山折り線の終端
    から延び第１山折り線より大きな角度で互に近
    づく方向へ傾斜して上端に終る２本の第２山折
    り線を設け、第２側板と蓋片の境界線のうち第
    １山折り線の終端に挾まれた部分を谷折り線と
    なし、他の部分を山折り線としたことを特徴と
    する折畳み式容器。 (2) 上記第１山折り線と第２山折り線が、それら
    の連結部付近を切断線としている実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の折畳み式容器。
