Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 基板ホルダー内に少くとも１個所、基板装着
孔が穿設してあり、該基板装着孔の孔縁に少くと
も３個の支持スプリングが設置されてあり、各支
持スプリングの先端部が折曲され、かつ先端縁を
基板装着孔の中心と対向させていると共に、前記
少くとも３個の支持スプリングのうち１個の弾力
が他の支持スプリングに比べて小さくしてあるこ
とを特徴とした基板支持装置。 ２ 支持スプリングは、先端縁にＶ字状切欠部が
形成してある請求項１記載の基板支持装置。
