- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.元素の周期表中原子番号57および59〜71を有するランクニド族の少く とも1種の金属の陽イオンおよび少くとも1種のアルカリ土類金属の陽イオンを 含む水性相を、十分量の炭酸塩イオン源および所望により水酸化物イオン源と接 触させて、少くとも5重量%の炭酸塩を含む上記金属の炭酸塩および/またはヒ ドロキシ炭酸塩の共沈物を生成させ、得られた反応媒体のpHを8より高くする こと、この共沈物を反応媒体と分離し、共沈物を洗浄した後乾燥し、そして洗浄 し乾燥した共沈物を400℃〜1000℃の温度範囲で焼成することを特徴とす る、少くとも1種のランタニド族の金属および少くとも1種のアルカリ土類金属 を炭酸塩および/またはオキシ炭酸塩の形態で含有する触媒の製造方法。 2.反応媒体と共沈物の分離の前に、共沈物を含む上記反応媒体を60℃〜15 0℃温度範囲に、30分〜30時間、好ましくは2時間〜20時間保持すること を特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.ランタニド族の1種以上の金属をランタン,ブラセオジミウム,ネオジム, サマリウム,ユーロピウム,ガドリニウム,テルビウム,ジスプロシウム,エル ビウム,ホルミウム,ツリウム,イツテルビウム,およびルテチウムの中から選 定することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の方法。 4.アルカリ土類金属の1種以上の金属をベリリウム,マグネシウム,カルシウ ム,ストロンチウムおよびバリウムの中から選定することを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第1項乃至第3項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.水性相中に存在する陽イオンを提供する、1種以上のランタニド族の金属の 重量パーセントしおよび1種以上のアルカリ土類金属の重量パーセントTの各々 を前記金属の総量中で6≦L≦98および2≦T≦94ただしL+T=100% となるように選定することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 6.1種以上のランタニド族の金属陽イオンおよび1種以上のアルカリ土類金属 の金属陽イオンに加えて、水性相が、溶液中に1種以上の別の金属、特にスカン ジウム,イットリウムおよびリチウムのような金属の陽イオンを含有することを 特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項乃至第5項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.上記追加の陽イオンの量を、1種以上のランタニド族金属および1種以上の アルカリ土類金属に由来する陽イオン総重量の30%まで、好ましくは15%ま でとすることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 8.炭酸塩イオン源をアルカリ金属炭酸塩,アンモニウム炭酸塩,および第四ア ンモニウム炭酸塩の中から選択することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項乃至第 7項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.水酸化物イオン源をアルカリ金属水酸化物および第四アンモニウム水酸化物 の中から選択することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項乃至第8項のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。 10.炭酸塩イオン源の使用比率または炭酸塩イオンと水酸化物イオン源のそれ ぞれの使用比率を、上記イオンと水性相中に存在する陽イオンとの接触によって 生成する共沈物が5%〜100重量%の炭酸塩を含み、かつ、反応媒体のpHが 9.5〜13.5に保持されるように選択することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 1項乃至第9項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.水性相中の陽イオンを、この水性相に水溶液の形態で加えられた炭酸塩イ オン源のみと接触させ、上記添加操作を一回以上に分けて行うか、または連続的 に行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第10項のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 12.水性相中に存在する陽イオンを水酸化物イオン源および炭酸塩イオン源と 接触させ、かつこの接触を、水酸化物イオン源と炭酸塩イオン源とを水溶液の形 態で順次、または混合してあるいは、同時にかつ別々に陽イオンを含有する水性 相に添加することによって行い、この添加を1回以上に分けて行うかまたは連続 して行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第10項のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 13.水性相中の陽イオンと炭酸塩イオンとの接触反応、または上記陽イオンと 炭酸塩イオンおよび水酸化物イオンとの接触反応を、陽イオンを含む水性相と、 水溶液中に炭酸塩イオン源あるいは炭酸塩イオン源と水酸化物イオン源を適切な 濃度で含むアルカリ水性相とを連続的混合することによって行い、各水性相の流 量を、生成共沈物が少くとも5重量%の炭酸塩を含み、反応媒体のpHが共沈操 作中を通じて、8より大、好ましくは9.5〜13.5の範囲で実質的に一定に 保たれるように調節することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第10項のいず れか1項に記載の方法。 14.反応媒体と分離した共沈物を蒸溜水または脱イオン水を用いて、妨害イオ ンを完全に除去するまで洗浄することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第13 項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 15.洗浄共沈物を60℃〜90℃の温度範囲で乾燥することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項乃至第14項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 16.乾燥共沈物を450℃〜800℃の温度範囲で焼成することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項乃至第15項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 17.メタンを高級炭化水素、とくにC2+系炭化水素に酸化転換する方法であ って、メタンと酸素を含むガス混合物を600℃〜1100℃の温度範囲で触媒 と接触させながら通すことを含み、前記触媒が請求の範囲第1項乃至第16項の いずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られたことを特徴とする方法。 18.触媒と接触するガス状混合物中のメタンの酸素に対するモル比が1〜20 好ましくは2〜10であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第17項に記載の方法 。 19.転化反応温度が700℃〜900℃であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 17項又は第18項に記載の方法。 20.触媒と接触するメタンおよび酸素に基づくガス状混合物の空間速度が、触 媒1g当たり、1時間当たりのガス状混合物のリットル数表わした場合、3〜1 000,好ましくは5〜300であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第17項乃 至第19項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 21.転化反応を約1パール〜約50バール、好ましくは1〜20パールの圧力 下で行うことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第17項乃至第20項のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。
