Claims (8)
- (1)振動の振動数と曲げ量またはたわみ量と、伸び量とのいずれかからガラス 要素の弾性を測定することにより、対象物の質量を測定するのに有効な新規ガラ ス要素であって、第1に測定すべき質量を荷重しない状態にし、第2に前記質量 を測定点に荷重させ、前記弾性の差を測定し、この弾性の差から質量を算出する ガラス要素において、前記要素は−50℃から+150℃までの温度範囲におい て約10ppm/℃を超えない、弾性係数に対する平均熱係数を示すガラスから なるガラス要素。
- (2)ガラスは、酸化物に基づく重量パーセントにおいて約60%から約64% の2酸化ケイ素(about60%−64%SiO2)と、約14%から約18 %の酸化ホウ素(14%−18%B2O3)と約8.5%から約10%の酸化ア ルミニウム(8.5%−10%Al2O3)と約4%から約7%の酸化ナトリウ ム(4%−7%Na2O)と約2%から約12%の酸化バリウム(2%−12% BaO)とを必須組成とするガラスか、あるいは酸化物に基づく重量パーセント において約51%から約55%の2酸化ケイ素(51%−55%SiO2)と約 10%から約13%の酸化カリウム(10%−13%K2O)と約5%から約1 5%の酸化亜鉛(5%−15%ZnO)と約5%から約15%の酸化ホウ素(5 %−15%BaO)と約10%から約20%の酸化鉛(10%−20%PbO) とを必須組成とするガラス、のいずれかからなる請求の範囲第1項に記載のガラ ス要素。
- (3)前記ガラス要素は立体ロッドである請求の範囲第1項に記載のガラス要素 。
- (4)前記ガラス要素はテーパ立体ロッドである請求の範囲第1項に記載のガラ ス要素。
- (5)前記ガラス要素は中空管である請求の範囲第1項に記載のガラス要素。
- (6)前記ガラス要素はテーパ中空管である請求の範囲第1項に記載のガラス要 素。
- (7)前記ガラス要素はコイルばねである請求の範囲第1項に記載のガラス要素 。
- (8)前記ガラス要素は慣性型はかりのための懸架装置であり、該懸架装置は、 支持骨組と、該支持骨組から測定台を懸架するための手段であって前記測定台の 振動の際、前記測定台を前記骨組に対して均一に直線運動させる前記懸架手段、 とを備えた請求の範囲第1項に記載のガラス要素。
