Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 (1)温度調節が可能な加熱セダメントを備え、かつ、制御された装入量を有す る押出機内で、重合工程が連続的に行われることを特徴とする再吸着性ポリエス テルの製造方法。 (2)ポリエステルが下記の群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求の範囲(1) に記載の方法。 ポリ(L−ラクチド) ポリ(D−L−ラクチド) ポリ(メソ−ラクチド) ポリ(グリコリド) ポリ(トリメチレンカ−ボネ−ト) ポリ(エプシロン−カプロラクトン) ポリ(L−ラクチド−co−D,L−ラクチド)ポリ(L−ラクチド−co−メ ソーラクチド)ポリ(L−ラクチド−co−グリコリド)ポリ(L−ラクチド− co−トリメチレンカーボネート)ポリ(L−ラクチド−co−エプシロン−カ プロラクトン)ポリ(D,L−ラクチド−co−メソーラクチド)ポリ(D,L −ラクチド−co−グリコリド)ポリ(D,L−ラクチド−co−トリメチレン カーボネート) ポリ(D,L−ラクチド−co−エプシロン−カプロラクトン) ポリ(メソーラクチド−co−グリコリド)ポリ(メソーラクチド−co−トリ メチレンカーボネート)ポリ(メソーラクチド−co−エプシロン−カプロラク トン)ポリ(グリコリド−co−トリメチレンカーボネート)ポリ(グリコリド −co−エプシロン−カプロラクトン)(3)ポリエステルが下記の群から選ば れることを特徴とする請求の範囲(1)に記載の方法。 1〜10の内部粘度を有するポリ(L−ラクチド)、0.1〜4.0の内部粘度 を有するポリ(D,L−ラクチド)、0.1〜4.0の内部粘度を有するポリ( メソーラクチド)、1.0〜1.6の内部粘度を有するポリ(グリコリド)、9 9:1〜1:99のモノマー比、好ましくは99:1〜50:50のモノマー比 を有するポリ(L−ラクチド−co−D,L−ラクチド)及びポリ(L−ラクチ ド−co−メソーラクチド)、 99:1〜50:50及び20:80〜1:99のモノマー比を有するポリ(L −ラクチド−co−グリコリド)、99:1〜45:55のモノマー比及び0. 1〜2.0の内部粘度を有するポリ(D,L−ラクチド−co−グリコリド)、 99:1〜50:50のモノマー比及び0.5〜3.0の内部粘度を有するポリ (グリコリド−co−トリメチレンカーボネート)。 (4)モノマーとして、アルファーヒドロキシ−カルボン酸の環状ダイマーを用 いる請求の範囲(1)〜(3)のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 (5)モノマーとして、トリメチレンカーボネートを用いる請求の範囲(1)〜 (3)のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 (5)この方法における出発物質として、モノマー及びプレポリマーを用いる請 求の範囲(1)〜(3)のいずれか1項に記載の再吸着性ポリエステルの製造方 法。 (7)請求の範囲(1)〜(6)のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造される 再吸着性ポリエステルの、手術用成形品の製造への用途。 (8)請求の範囲(1)〜(6)のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造される 再吸着性ポリエステルの、生薬製剤の担体の調製への用途。 (9)ヘキサフルオロイソプロパノールに溶解することを特徴とする、請求の範 囲(1)に記載の方法により調製することができるポリグリコリド。 (10)請求の範囲(9)に記載のポリグリコリドの、手術用縫合物質の製造へ の用途。 (11)二軸スクリュー押出機の、再吸着性ポリエステルの連続製造への用途。
