Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 1.不活性で且つ大気に対して独立した空間中に毒性廃棄物用容器を封じ込める ための囲い、 容器の外側で囲い内の独立した空間において、容器を加熱するために、熱分解的 無毒化反応器から熱ガス状排出流を導入するための手段、 囲い中の容器の内部へ、前記独立した容積のための前記ガス状排出流を再循環さ せるための手段、及び容器の内部から反応器へ、その中での処理のために、ガス を導入するための手段 からなる、熱分解的無毒化反応器又はその他の種類の処理装置のための供給源と して使用するためのオートクレーブ。
- 2.容器の内容物を連続的に補充するための供給手段を含む請求項1記載のオー トクレーブ。
- 3.前記容器の重量をモニターするための秤量手段を含む請求項1記載のオート クレーブ。
- 4.容器を挿入したり取り出したりできるための、前記囲い上の扉手段を含む請 求項1記載のオートクレーブ。
- 5.前記囲いの内部温度をモニターするための手段を含む請求項1記載のオート クレーブ。
- 6.前記囲いの内部の酸素含量をモニターするための手段を含む請求項1記載の オートクレーブ。
- 7.前記囲いの内部から酸素をバージするための手段を含む請求項1記載のオー トクレーブ。
- 8.不活性で且つ大気的に対して密封される囲い中に液状廃棄物用の容器を配置 し、 液状廃棄物を加熱するために、容器の外側で囲いの内部に、熱分解的無毒化反応 器から熱ガス排出流を導入し、熱ガス排出流を、囲いから容器の内部に再循環し て、その気化内容物と混合し、そして ガスを容器の内部から反応器に供給ガスとして導入する、各工程からなる熱分解 的無毒化反応器のための供給ガスの製造法。
- 9.前記熱ガス排出流がスチームと二酸化炭素からなる請求項8記載の方法。
- 10.前記熱ガス排出流の温度が350℃〜600℃の範囲内である請求項9記 載の方法。
- 11.容器の内容物が連続的に補充される請求項8記載の方法。
- 12.前記囲いを実質的に空気の無い状態に維持する請求項8記載の方法。
