Claims (1)
- 電気・光変換素子または光・電気変換素子と光
フアイバケーブルの端面とを対向させて光信号の
やりとりを行なわせるように両者を接続する光リ
ンクにおいて、電気・光変換素子からなる光リン
ク部分と光・電気変換素子からなる光リンク部分
とを並設して、その並設された各光リンク部分に
おけるバイアス電源印加用のリードフレームが共
通となるようにそのリードフレームを形成したこ
とを特徴とする光リンク。
