に示すように前記両者を組み合わせたものが存在
する。これ等のものは回転体と臼体及び回転軸と
臼体との間に間隙が形成されているものであるた
め、特に餅搗と同時に餅に種々の混和物を添加し
て混捏する作業の際、蜜、砂糖、ヨモギ等の添加
物が前記間隙より流出してしまい、所望の餅を得
