Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 直線偏光の照射光ビームを透過しかつこの
    透過光ビームに基づく反射光ビームを前記照射光
    ビームと直交する直線偏光の光ビームに変換する
    偏光状態変換手段を含む光学アイソレータであつ
    て、前記偏光状態変換手段の照射光側又は反射光
    側に光ビームの偏光方向を回転せしめる偏光方向
    調整手段を備えたことを特徴とする光学アイソレ
    ータ。 (2) 前記偏光方向調整手段は、光軸を中心に回
    転可能に設けられた２分の１波長板であることを
    特徴とする請求項１記載の光学アイソレータ。
