However, due to high costs and other reasons, the switch or both terminals are not installed on each utility pole, and the power outage will also require long power outages in spans outside the construction zone. This has major drawbacks, such as frequent collateral power outages and increased labor costs required for switch switching operations to reduce the range of power outages.

るものである。 The present invention has the above-described configuration, and when using the same, the coating of the distribution wire 45 is peeled off over an appropriate width at intervals slightly longer than the length of the rod-shaped wire tensioner 1 when it is extended, and the coating is removed using a known chuck. 39, 39 are attached so that their respective spring-loaded hooks 40, 40 face each other, and ring ropes 41, 41 attached to the rotating parts 34, 36 at both ends of the rod-shaped wire tensioner 1 are attached to the spring-loaded hooks 40, 40.
The rod type wire tensioner 1 is suspended between the chucks 39 and 39 by opening the hook against the spring, and the ratchet handle 14 is inserted into the hexagonal hole 13 of the drive shaft 12 on the front of the main body case 3. When the hexagonal rod 15a at the tip of the handle shaft 15 is inserted and the ratchet handle 14 is rotated clockwise, rotation is transmitted to the bevel gear 9 via the bevel gear 11 fixed to the drive shaft 12, and the main shaft 6 to which the bevel gear 9 is fixed is rotated. rotates to the right, moves the main shaft cover 16 toward the proximal end inside the cover 4 of the main body 2 by the main bearing 17, contracts the rod-type wire tensioner 1, and pulls the chucks 39, 39; The chuck 39,
Loosen the distribution wire 45a between the wire supports 25, 25, and attach the wire support 25 to the cover 4 of the main body 2.
26 is slid and rotated, and the forked wire receiving portion 27,
27 lock pins 31, 31 on the other side 27
b, 27b to open it, insert the electric wire 45a into the bifurcated open part, screw the tips of the locking pins 31, 31 into the side surfaces 27b, 27b to close it, hold the electric wire 45a, The wire supports 25, 2 are screwed into the screw holes 30, 30 of the mounting rings 26, 26, fixed to the cover 4, and the wire supports 25, 2 are rotated while maintaining the tension of the distribution wire 45.
The distribution wire 45a is cut at the center between the wire supports 25 and 5, and the end caps 46 are inserted into each cut end, and in order to ensure the separation of the cut ends, the support 29 of one wire support 25 is loosened and the mounting ring is attached. 26 is rotated 180 degrees as shown in FIG. 6, and the support 29 is again tightened on the ring 26 to fix the wire support 25. At this time, when rotating the wire support 25 180 degrees or restoring the protection of the wire after cutting the wire, the ratchet handle 14 is rotated to the hexagonal hole 13 on the front of the main case 3.
This prevents the ratchet handle 14 from getting in the way of the operation. Perform the above operation on each electric wire on both sides of the construction section, and then
By appropriately attaching a bypass cable to 4 and a work ground to the inner connection clamps 44, 44, it becomes possible to shut off power only in the construction zone without having to perform a switch switching operation to reduce the power outage range.
In addition, when connecting the cut end of the power distribution line 45a, remove the end caps 46, 46 in a separated state as shown in FIG. A known sleeve is inserted into the cut end of the distribution line, the other cut end is rotated 180 degrees by the mounting ring 26, and the other cut end is inserted into the other end of the sleeve inserted into one cut end. The sleeve is compressed and caulked to each cut end for connection.

Pull out the lock pin 31 from the other side surface 27b, perform the opposite operation to the above, and attach the wire supports 25, 2.
5, and insert the handle shaft 15 of the ratchet handle 14 into the hexagonal hole 13 on the front of the main body case 3 again.
Switch the known claw 14 in the direction of arrow 47 in FIG.
Rotate the handle 14 to the left to extend the rod-type wire tensioner 1 in the opposite direction to the above, eliminate the slack in the distribution line 45a between the chucks 39, 39, and tighten the rod-type wire tensioner 1 to the chuck 39 with the ring ropes 41, 41. , 39, and the ring ropes 41, 41 are suspended between the chucks 39, 39.
39 from the spring-loaded hooks 40, 40, then remove the chucks 39, 39 and the connecting clamps 44,
44 is removed and withdrawn.

Furthermore, there is no need to switch switches to reduce the range of power outages, which was required in the past, and labor costs can be reduced significantly. Further, by using the device of the present invention, it is possible to cut the distribution line between the wire supports 25, 25, and the cut end of the distribution line does not spring off, making it safe and allowing one of the wire supports 25 to be cut after cutting.
By rotating 180°, a sufficient distance of 20 cm or more can be secured between the cut ends. In addition, the work from installing the chuck 39 to cutting and connecting the distribution line 45a can be done by one person, and the outside of the main body case 3, main shaft 6, bevel gears 9, 11, etc. is made of composite materials such as FRP and Juracon. Since it is made of resin, it is lightweight and easy to handle, making work more efficient.
Furthermore, by using the device of the present invention, in addition to cutting the distribution line 45 near utility poles using a scaffolding device, it is possible to cut the distribution line 45 in the vicinity of a utility pole using an aerial work vehicle while maintaining tension in the center of the span, etc. , it becomes possible to disconnect the distribution line 45,
It can be used in any construction environment.

A main shaft cover is provided on both sides of the power distribution line in the construction zone, the both sides of which are fixed with known chucks, and which slides and expands and contracts within the main body by the rotation of the main shaft rotatably mounted on the main body. Connecting the chuck to the main body and the tip of the main shaft cover of the rod-type wire tensioner with a connecting member,
The rod-shaped wire tensioner is reduced in size to loosen the distribution line between the chucks, and the slackened distribution wire is replaced with two electric wire supports that can slide, rotate, and fix freely on the main body of the rod-shaped wire tensioner. A method for reducing a work power outage range, characterized by cutting the power distribution line while maintaining the tension of the power distribution line between the two wire supports, and causing a power outage only in the construction zone. 2. A rod-type wire tensioner is provided, which is equipped with a main shaft rotatably mounted on the main body, and a main shaft cover that slides and expands and contracts within the main body as the main shaft rotates, and the main body of the rod-type wire tensioner is Two wire supports that hold the distribution lines are installed on the main body so that they can slide, rotate, and fix freely, and the distribution lines are attached to the main body of the rod-type wire tensioner, the tip of the main shaft cover, and the distribution lines on both sides of the construction zone. A connecting member is provided to connect the chuck with a known chuck which is fixed at a slightly longer interval than the extended rod-type wire tensioner, and the rod-type wire tensioner is reduced and the slack distribution line between the chucks is connected to the two electric wires. An end cap is inserted and provided at each cut end of a distribution line held by a support and cut between the two wire supports;
Rotate one side of the support to separate the respective cut ends, install a bypass cable and a connection clamp for work grounding at each chucked end of the distribution line as appropriate, and cut off power only in the construction zone. A working power outage range reduction device featuring:
