Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 液晶セルと、該液晶セルの下方に配設されてい
て上面に光拡散層が形成され且つ下面が両側に向
かつて厚さが増加するように形成されたライトガ
イドと、該ライトガイドの側方に配設された光源
とを含んでいる、透過型液晶表示装置において、 上記ライトガイドの下面に設けられた斜面が、
該ライトガイドの側面より手前で湾曲部を介して
その水平な下面につながつており、該ライトガイ
ドの下面の両側縁に沿つてその下側に段部を形成
するように切欠部が設けられており、該段部の内
端が下方に湾曲してライトガイドの前記水平な下
面に達するようにライトガイドが形成されていて
、上記ライトガイドの切欠部内に光源が収容され
ていることを特徴とする、液晶表示装置。
