基準電極を、またその外面に測定電極を、それぞ
れ配すると共に、被測定ガス導入口を有する有底
円筒形状の外套管内に、該固体電解質体を収容し
て、前記測定電極を該外套管の閉端部との間に配
するようにした酸素分圧計において、 前記測定電極を、Auの含有量が50重量%以
上のAu−白金族金属合金からなる、前記固体電
解質体における閉端部外面の周縁部からはみ出さ
ない平面形状を有する板状体にて、構成すると共
に、前記固体電解質体の閉端部の外面上に、貴金
属材料からなる薄膜状の接合層を一体的に設けて
、かかる測定電極を、該接合層を介して、前記固
体電解質体の閉端部と前記外套管の閉端部との間
