- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 励磁コイルが配備されたステータと、励磁コイ
ルに通電することによりステータに吸引される平
板状のアーマチユアとが、互いの平面を対向させ
て配置されており、アーマチユアの中心には一体
的に軸が突設され、この軸により、アーマチユア
に発生する駆動力を被駆動部に伝達する電磁アク
チユエータにおいて、 上記軸の根元に隣接するアーマチユアの平面部
分に、該軸と略同心をなす環状の溝を形成したこ
とを特徴とする電磁アクチユエータ。
