Claims (1)
- 直方形の一面の中央部にコイルを収納する凹部
と、対向する二辺のそれぞれ両端に埋設した４個
のかしめピンと、前記かしめピンを埋設した二辺
の両側面に、前記かしめピンに対応する縦溝とを
有する絶縁性の収納箱を設け、該収納箱の前記凹
部にトロイダルコイルを収納し、前記かしめピン
に、両端を交互に反対側に折り曲げ、その一方に
かしめ穴を設けた端子板のかしめ穴を挿入すると
共に、前記縦溝に前記端子板を収納し、更に前記
トロイダルコイルのリード線を前記かしめピンに
からげ接続し、然る後前記かしめピンにて前記端
子板と前記からげ接続部を一括してかしめ、更に
前記収納箱に絶縁性のケースを被せて相互を固定
し、前記端子板の他の一方の折り曲げた先端を、
前記絶縁性のケースより露出してなることを特徴
とする表面実装チヨークコイル。
