第１図は本考案の実施例にかかるスルーホール
構造の概略構成を示す断面斜視図であり、第２図
は従来例にかかるスルーホール構造の概略構成を
示す断面斜視図である。 図における符号１は配線基板、２はスルーホー
ル、３，４は電極もしくは抵抗パターン、５は誘
電体部材、７は接続用電極、１０は分割溝である
。なお、図中の同一符号は、互いに同一もしくは
相当する部品、部分を示している。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 配線基板を貫通するスルーホールの内周面に、
該配線基板の表裏方向に沿つて分割形成され、か
つ、誘電体部材もしくは外周面に接続用電極が形
成された誘電体部材の挿入によつて所要の素子機
能を発現する一対の電極もしくは抵抗パターンを
設けてなるスルーホール構造であつて、 前記電極もしくは抵抗パターン同士の間には、
これらを互いに離間させる所定幅の分割溝を前記
配線基板の表裏方向に沿つて形成したことを特徴
とするスルーホール構造。
