A cooking heating plate with flexible connecting conductors whose ends are connected by a common connecting piece with plug-in or screw connection terminals is disclosed in European Patent Application No.
It is known from specification 0070042. These conductors can be bent back over the center of the heating plate and the connecting pieces can be placed in recesses in the lower cover of the heating plate. For transportation and storage, cooking plates with connecting pieces therefore require less space than those without connecting pieces.

In a preferred embodiment, the connecting piece has channels into which the ends of the flexible connecting conductors are introduced and fixed in the channels by their deformation.
For this purpose, a configuration using a core end sleeve is suitable. Preferably, the heating plate can be provided with an insulation penetration that passes through the heating plate cover, which penetration can consist of two parts. Furthermore, it is advantageous for the slightly thickened connection between the flexible connecting conductor and the solid connecting conductor to be positioned axially in the recess in the passage of the penetration part.

The penetrating portion 51 consists of two parts or halves, which are adapted to fit into each other and define a passage 57 between them. An internal notch 101 is formed within each passageway, which notch forms an enlarged portion of the passageway. As shown in FIG. 2, an insulation portion 82 projects into the passage and thereby forms a complete insulation of the connecting conductor 58. A flexible connecting conductor 58 consisting of a stranded wire is connected to a solid connecting conductor 81 by welding the end faces. The connection or welding point 100 is the connection conductor 5
8, 81 and passageway 57. Due to the two-part design of the penetration part 51, the connecting conductors 58, 81 are positioned in the recess 101 and cannot be moved too much in the axial direction. The connecting conductor is prevented from being pressed inwardly or upwardly and coming into contact with the heating plate body 12, resulting in a short circuit. Instead of a welded connection 100, the connection can also be made by means of a caulked or brazed sleeve, in which case the sleeve can have outwardly directed flanges or shoulders, which are axially Fix it.

The two halves of the penetration part 51 can be held in correct alignment with each other at the contact surfaces by projections and notches, which are not shown. These projections and notches are held by introduction into the openings of the cover 24 and held in that position by projections or legs 103, which extend into each half of the penetrating section. The electric heating plate body 12 is integrally formed with the electric heating plate body 12 and is supported on the lower side of the electric heating plate main body 12.
The basic shape of the penetration part is elongated and the penetration part is aligned in the circumferential direction of the heating plate. The piercing portion projects through the cover in the area of the projection.

The flexible plate connecting conductors 58 are mechanically connected to each other at their outer ends by connecting pieces 75 made of ceramic material. By providing the penetration portion 5 in the radial direction approximately in the center of the annular heating area of the heating plate and determining the size of the connecting conductor, the outer edge 9 of the connecting piece
7 can be located at a distance from the outer edge of the heating plate at a distance smaller than the radius of the heating plate and can be adapted to the installation conditions, in which case the juxtaposed connecting conductors act like a flexible tape, and this tape allows easier rocking and greater movement of the connecting piece in the vertical direction, but restricts torsion and lateral movement more strongly.

A recess 61 is present in the cover diametrically opposite the penetration portion 51 and at a suitable distance in the radial direction from the center of the heating plate, and the recess 61 allows the heating plate to be bent without bending the connecting conductor 58 too sharply. The size is chosen to accommodate the protruding portion of the penetration portion 51 when stacked with their backs facing each other and offset by 180°. Since the width of the recess 61 is significantly larger than the width of the penetrating portion,
The connecting conductor 58 can be folded inwards and the connecting piece 75 can be located on the side of the penetration part 51 in the recess 61. However, the connecting piece 75 can also be folded outward and supported approximately in the plane of the heating plate.

When the wire end sleeve 88 is now introduced into the passageway 83, the strip 89 abuts the shoulder 86 and longitudinally positions the wire end sleeve. The sleeve passes through the narrower portion 85 of the passageway, but the longer portion protrudes from surface 97. After introduction, the final deformation of the conductor end sleeve 88 causes the front surface 9
This is done in the part that protrudes from 7. To this end, the sleeve is pressed into the kidney shape shown in FIG. 5, but this kidney shape is wider and lower in height than the previously described circle (FIG. 4). FIG. 5 shows that the lateral portions of the sleeve 88 are pressed into the notches 87 and these notches secure the conductor end sleeve from slipping out of the passageway and against twisting. It shows. The wire end sleeves thereby form connection pins which can be introduced into the respective connection part and fixed there by screws, bayonet connection springs or the like.

If the wire end sleeve 88 is introduced from one side and the lead-in wire 96 is introduced from the other side, they are both tightened and electrically connected to the bottom of the cage 92 by the spring clamping element. When pressed, this spring clamping element has a sharp end 9
It is prevented from coming off at 4. At the bent end 95, the spring clamping element fits into a groove 98 provided obliquely or at right angles, which groove is machined into the sleeve 88, so that a sufficiently strong connection is achieved. If you want to pull the wire out of the connection socket from both sides, first remove the wire end sleeve 8.
8 is drawn. Therefore, it is impossible for the uninsulated free end of the lead-in wire 96, which is connected to the domestic power supply circuit and is therefore energized, to be exposed.

In the present invention, the free end of the flexible connecting conductor is converted into a double plug, which can be easily connected by means of a connecting socket or an individual spring or screw connection. The plugs or pins are held in the desired orientation exactly parallel to each other and to the planar surface of the sleeve. Connection piece 75
A projection 99 protruding from the outer surface 97 of the connector plug and cooperating with a notch in the connection plug can be provided to prevent twisting of the connection and incorrect interconnection of the conductors. This can also be achieved by various asymmetrical formations or alignments of the wire end sleeve 88 or the connecting piece 75. The invention makes it possible to use automatic equipment, for example industrial robots, to assemble the heating plate, including the electrical connections, into the heating device for cooking. To this end, as a means of preventing twisting of the connection, the connector piece can be provided with protrusions or notches, which are captured or carried by the grips of the industrial robot. It is also possible to use a wire end sleeve in which the part forming the connecting pin does not consist of the wire surrounded by the sleeve, but instead consists of a metal plate lug.

Figure 6 shows the bottom of the electric heating device for cooking.
For example, it is a mounting plate 104 for a range or cooking tray having four electric heating plates 11 as described above. A connecting piece 75 is fitted into a connecting block 105, which has the basic shape of a cross with connecting pieces on its four end faces. These connections can have clamping elements, as described with respect to FIG. Alternatively, the lead wire 96 to the controller of the electric heating plate is the flexible multi-core cable 1
06, and this multi-core cable protrudes from the center of the connecting block 105. At the end of the cable 106 four connection plugs 107 are provided, which can be plugged into a bayonet connection 108 in a common connector block 109, which connects to one side of the heating device for cooking. It is attached to the side and can also hold a regulator for an electric heating device for cooking.
The connecting block 105 is connected to the mounting plate 104 by four
Since it is mounted in the center of the two electric heating plates 11, each of which has a minimum distance from the cooking electric heating plates, the connection to the block 105 can be made by relatively short connecting conductors 58.

The features described in connection with FIG. 6 allow automatic assembly of the heating device for cooking. That is, the connecting block 105 and the connector block 109 are attached to the mounting plate and the prefabricated cable 1
06 to connect each other. Electric heating plate for cooking now 1
1 can be automatically introduced into the opening in the mounting plate 104 from above. Due to the inwardly bent flexible wire 58 of the cooking plate, this can be done without sideways tilting or shifting. Thereafter, the connection is completed by inserting the connecting piece 75 into the terminal block 105. It is particularly advantageous that an insulating cover on the bottom side of the cooking electric heating device can be dispensed with if necessary, since there are no uninsulated parts on the bottom side.
