Claims (1)
- 電極と被加工物とが対向する極間に加工液を介
在させ、絶縁破壊電圧以上の加工電圧を印加して
、そのエネルギーにより加工を行う放電加工装置
において、被加工物の任意の点から所定の位置へ
の電極の位置決め、電極の芯ずれ高さ補正を行う
三次元測定子を加工液でも使用できる構造にする
とともに、測定子自身のたおれ修正ができる機構
を付加したことを特徴とする放電加工装置。
