Claims (1)
- 加熱筒内に往復動自在に設けたスクリユウにス
クリユウ軸芯に沿つて貫通する軸孔を設け、該軸
孔にスクリユウヘツドを先端に取付けたロツドを
摺動自在に挿通し、該ロツド後部に前後方向に摺
動するピストン部を形成し、該ピストン部は前記
ロツドを一方に移動するように付勢したスプリン
グを有し該スプリングの付勢力に抗するための油
圧供給手段を設け、前記スクリユウの外周に形成
したスクリユウ溝は前記スクリユウ前端の外周面
が加熱筒内周面と摺接して閉塞され、前記スクリ
ユウ溝の前部に前記軸孔前部に形成した、前端が
開口した拡径部に連通するバイパス孔を設け、前
記ロツドの後退位置においてスクリユウヘツドの
後端面はスクリユウの前端面と当接して前記拡径
部の開口の閉塞することを特徴とする射出成形装
置。
