Claims (1)
- 第１のポンプボデイと、該第１のポンプボデイ
に冠着された第２のポンプボデイと、前記第１の
ポンプボデイと前記第２のポンプボデイの間に挟
持されたダイアフラムと、前記第１のポンプボデ
イに固定された電動機と、前記第１のポンプボデ
イに収容され前記電動機の駆動軸に連結されたコ
ネクタと、該コネクタに固着されて前記ダイアフ
ラムを挾着するプレート、および前記ダイアフラ
ムによつて隔絶されて第１の気密室と第２の気密
室を区画形成するダイアフラムポンプにおいて、
前記プレートを収容するとともに第２の気密室を
形成する第２のポンプボデイの前記電動機の駆動
軸に沿う方向とこれに直交する方向にクリアラン
スを設けたことを特徴とするダイアフラムポンプ
。
