成し、このシリンダ室内を摺動するピストンに固
定される中空ピストンロツドをカバーを貫通させ
て往復移動可能に設け、中空ピストンロツドの内
部に軸方向に沿つて貫通する流体通路を形成した
シリンダ装置であつて、前記中空ピストンロツド
は、中心に予め軸方向に沿つて形成されている貫
通孔を備えた中空管状材を使用し、この中空管状
材の貫通孔を流体通路とし、中空管状材の両端部
に所望の加工を施してなることを特徴とするシリ
ンダ装置。 ２ 前記中空管状材は中空パイプであり、この中
空パイプの端部が所望の形状に形成されているこ
