The bulging portion partitioned by the partition groove also has a substantially U-shape, so that it does not bend up and down at the partition groove and can withstand insertion resistance into the patient. Therefore, 1
This makes it easier for a human caregiver to support the patient's body with one hand while inserting the air cushion with the other hand.

It is a roughly U-shaped bag-like body that can be expanded by filling with air. This bag-like main body 10 has a partition groove 13 extending along a substantially U-shape.
3 to form bulging portions 10a, 10a, air can freely enter and exit the affected area through the partition groove 13 between the bulging portions 10a, 10a, and the property of preventing stuffiness is improved.

A positioning seam 17 is formed that fits into the approximately U-shaped opening of 10 and prevents movement of the bag-like main body 10.

This has a bonded structure with a backing layer made by polymerizing a textile fabric made of a fiber material with instant sweat absorption properties such as viscose rayon,
With the above structure, sweat and moisture generated by the patient are quickly absorbed into the textile fabric of the back layer, and the surface layer has a smooth feel. This allows for better insertion into the patient. Note that there are no particular restrictions on the fabric 14b on the back side of the hygroscopic cover 14. If the hygroscopic cover 14 is used in this way,
It is convenient for the user, provides good sliding during insertion, and can be disinfected and washed to remove dirt during use, so it can be kept clean.

Furthermore, when the patient's body pressure acts on the device, the air within the bulge partitioned by the partition groove moves quickly and is dispersed throughout the device, preventing pressure from concentrating on a portion of the device and causing damage.
