Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ワークとして連続的に搬送されてくる型打
成形品を、一定ピツチで個別に移送する間欠移送
機構と、このワークを回転させながら、その表面
欠陥を検出する回転探傷機構と、この回転探傷機
構の検出結果により、不良ワークを除去する選別
機構とを有する型打成形品の探傷選別装置であつ
て、前記回転探傷機構が、前記ワークの移送方向
に沿つて配設されたフリクシヨン壁と、このフリ
クシヨン壁に沿つて移動可能に、かつ、先端部を
フリクシヨン壁に直交する方向に進退可能に配設
されると共に、その先端部に少なくとも二個のフ
リーローラを設けたワーク押付移送具と、このワ
ーク押付移送具に装着され、その先端をワークの
探傷部に対向させて配設された探傷子とを備えて
なることを特徴とする型打成形品の探傷選別装置
。 (2) ワークとして連続的に搬送されてくる型打
成形品を、一定ピンチで個別に移送する間欠移送
機構と、このワークを回転させながら、その表面
欠陥を検出する回転探傷機構と、この回転探傷機
構の検出結果により、不良ワークを除去する選別
機構とを有する型打成形品の探傷選別装置であつ
て、前記回転探傷機構が、前記ワークの移送方向
に向かつて往復動可能とされ、かつ、ワークの移
送方向に沿つて配設されたフリクシヨン壁を有す
ると共に、ワークに向かつて進退可能に設けられ
た少なくとも一個のワーク移送爪を有する往復動
台と、この往復動台のフリクシヨン壁面に直交す
る方向に進退可能に配設されると共に、その先端
部に少なくとも二個のフリーローラを設けたワー
ク押付具と、このワーク押付具に装着され、その
先端をワークの探傷部に対向させたて配設され探
傷子とを備えてなることを特徴とする型打成形品
の探傷選別装置。
