- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電源電圧が予め設定された所定のレベルより低
下したことを検出する電圧検出回路において、 前記電源電圧が印加され、前記電源電圧レベル
が前記所定のレベルより大か、小かによりオン・
オフするスイツチング素子を具備し、前記スイツ
チング素子のオン・オフにより前記スイツチング
素子に流れる電流を制御して該電流の有無により
前記電源電圧が前記所定のレベルより大か、小か
を検出する構成としてなる電圧検出回路。
