Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 液晶パネルの両面にそれぞれ接触するように配
置された第１、第２の加圧部材間に圧力を加える
ことにより前記液晶パネルの液晶層の厚さを修正
する加圧手段と、 前記第１、第２の加圧部材のうちの一方に設け
られ、前記液晶パネルに光線を照射する光源と、 該光源と前記液晶パネルとの間に設けられた第
１の偏光板と、 前記第１、第２の加圧部材のうちの他方に前記
光源と対向して設けられ、前記光源の前記液晶パ
ネルを透過した透過光を受光する光センサと、 該光センサと前記液晶パネルとの間に設けられ
た第２の偏光板と、 前記光センサの出力信号に基づき、前記液晶パ
ネルの液晶層の厚さを検出し、前記加圧手段の加
圧条件を制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴
とする液晶パネルの製造装置。
