  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 前面に空気吸込用開口４を備え且つ上面に空
    気吹出用開口５を備えたケーシング１内に、下端
    が前記ケーシング１の背面側下端部に対して支持
    され、上端が前記空気吸込用開口４の上端部に対
    して支持された傾斜状の空気熱交換器２と前記空
    気吹出用開口５に臨むフアン３とを配設してなる
    空気調和機用室外機において、前記空気吸込用開
    口４の上端部には、所定高さの遮音板１４を付設
    したことを特徴とする空気調和機用室外機。 ２ 前記遮音板１４の高さＡと、前記空気熱交換
    器２の垂直高さＢとの間の関係が Ａ＝（０．２〜０．３）Ｂ とされているとを特徴とする前記請求項１記載
    の空気調和機用室外機。
