代表者 高杉 信義Detailed Description of the Invention [Object of the Invention] (A) Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to an alcohol preparation containing chlorine dioxide for the purpose of environmental purification. More specifically, it is used for purposes such as disinfectants, fungicides, insect repellents, deodorizers, and preservatives. (B) Conventional technology and problems Conventionally, chlorine dioxide has been used as a disinfectant, disinfectant, deodorizer, bleach, anti-mold agent, preservative, etc. due to its strong oxidizing properties. However, since chlorine dioxide is unstable and difficult to handle, it is difficult to use it alone, and methods to create a stabilized composition are known. For example, a chlorine dioxide aqueous solution stabilized with sodium carbonate peroxide (USP 3123521), a stabilized chlorine dioxide aqueous solution, or an acidic aqueous solution of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal chlorite decomposes to generate chlorine dioxide gas. (USP 2071091), chlorite or stabilized chlorine dioxide. There are compositions mixed with an alkaline solid substance of H8 or higher and an alkaline oxidizing agent (JP-A-58-161904), and gel-like compositions containing stabilized chlorine dioxide (JP-A-61-181532). All of these chlorine dioxide generating compositions are due to the oxidizing action of chlorine dioxide. It exhibits sterilizing, deodorizing, bleaching, antiseptic, and antifungal effects, but requires special operations such as adding acid, adsorbing it to a solid substance, or making it into a gel-like composition to generate chlorine dioxide gas. It was. In addition, the active ingredient in these conventional products is limited to chlorine dioxide, and there are no other active ingredients. This is thought to be because chlorine dioxide has extremely strong oxidizing power and is unstable. (C) Problems to be solved by the invention Therefore, a certain amount of research was carried out to find a material that is stable against chlorine dioxide, has environmental purification effects such as sterilization and anti-mold, and also has the function of helping the generation of chlorine dioxide. .. As a result, carbon number ~3
The following alcohols, namely methanol, ethanol, and proyl alcohol, have been demonstrated to serve these purposes. These alcohols are used alone as disinfectants,
Ethanol and isopropyl alcohol aqueous solutions are also widely used as medical disinfectants. Furthermore, since these lower alcohols are extremely volatile, when added to an aqueous chlorine dioxide solution, they also have the effect of assisting in the release of chlorine dioxide, making them ideal for the above-mentioned purpose. In addition, when a chlorine dioxide aqueous solution is sprayed onto an object, it becomes damp because the water does not easily evaporate, but a solution containing alcohol evaporates easily, making it suitable for treating objects that dislike moisture. There is. [Structure of the Invention] (A) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides an aqueous solution containing an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal chlorite and/or stabilized chlorine dioxide;
This invention relates to an alcohol preparation containing chlorine dioxide, which is characterized in that it contains a hydric alcohol. Chlorite as a chlorine dioxide generating agent used in the present invention can be either an alkali metal salt or an alkaline earth metal salt of chlorite, but sodium chlorite is economical and practical. The stabilized chlorine dioxide aqueous solution, which is another chlorine dioxide generator used in the present invention, is well known. That is, an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide containing a stabilizer such as sodium percarbonate, sodium perborate, or hydrogen peroxide can be used. The mono- to trihydric alcohols used in the present invention include methanol, ethanol, normal propyl alcohol, and isobrobyl alcohol, with isobrobyl alcohol being practical. Additionally, colorants and fragrances may be added as necessary. (B) Effects and Examples The present invention will be explained in detail with reference to Examples below, but the present invention is not limited to these Examples. Example 1 6 parts by weight of a stabilized chlorine dioxide aqueous solution (5%), 50 parts by weight of isopropyl alcohol, and 44 M parts of water were uniformly mixed to obtain a clear, colorless alcohol preparation containing chlorine dioxide. Example 2 6.6 parts by weight of a stabilized chlorine dioxide aqueous solution (5%), 62 parts by weight of ethanol (95%) and 31.4 parts by weight of water were uniformly mixed to produce a clear and colorless alcohol preparation containing chlorine dioxide. Obtained. The assemblies obtained in Examples 1 and 2 were placed in a white polyethylene container, sealed, and stored indoors at room temperature to periodically check the chlorine dioxide concentration, appearance, and odor. The results are shown in Table 1. From Table 1, it can be seen that Example 1, ie, isopropyl alcohol-containing chlorine dioxide, has extremely good oral stability of chlorine dioxide. Even if left at room temperature for one year, the decomposition rate of chlorine dioxide is only 3%, suggesting a synergistic effect of chlorine dioxide and isobrobyl alcohol in environmental purification. [Effects of the invention] (11) The first effect of the present invention is that by blending chlorine dioxide and alcohol, the sterilizing, preservative, and antifungal effects of both work effectively, resulting in a wider range of effects than when used alone. This is a promising point. Chlorine dioxide is particularly effective against spore-forming bacteria that cannot be sterilized with alcohol, and alcohol is effective against tuberculosis bacteria, for which chlorine dioxide is weak. (2) The second effect of the present invention is that the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution contains volatile alcohol, which accelerates the evaporation of water during spraying, making it suitable for treating objects that dislike moisture. (3) The third effect of the present invention is that by adding a specific alcohol to the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution, the decomposition of chlorine dioxide, that is, the release of chlorine dioxide, is promoted, and the effect is immediate.
