Claims (1)
- 機構部を密閉構造にした装置において、デイス
ク用回転軸の軸線のまわりにこの近傍の空間と連
通するように設けられこの回転軸の回転によつて
空気の流れないし圧力変化が生じる円環状空間と
；この円環状空間と連通する一方の空間と他方の
負圧空間とを区分しこの他方の負圧空間から前記
一方の空間の向きに付勢されるダイヤフラムと、
このダイヤフラムに形成された中空部を封鎖する
形で設けられる隔膜とを具備する圧力変化吸収部
と；を備えることを特徴とする磁気デイスク装置
。
