[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention relates to a simple type of concrete formwork device used in the construction of concrete structures such as legal frames and cloth foundations, and is particularly applicable to coastal areas. This makes it suitable for use in areas subject to salt damage.

Conventionally, when constructing concrete structures such as legal frames and cloth foundations, lightweight and disposable formwork boards made of cardboard that has been treated with waterproofing and reinforcement treatment have been used, as shown in Utility Model Publication No. 59-29078. To connect these formwork plates to each other, a reinforcing bar separator with hooks on both ends is used, and the hooks are made to protrude outward from the formwork plates, and horizontal flaps, wedges, etc. are attached to the hooks. The method of inserting the mold and assembling the formwork has been implemented.
Therefore, in such formwork, after the poured concrete hardens and the formwork is removed, the hooks of the separator remain protruding from the concrete.
This protruding hook portion is either left as is or broken off.

Therefore, when constructing the above-mentioned concrete structure in a location prone to salt damage such as a coastal area, it is especially important to avoid corrosion of the separators that protrude from the concrete or whose broken parts are exposed on the outer surface of the concrete. Corrosion will progress rapidly and will have a negative impact on the concrete.

In order to improve these drawbacks, we changed the separator to one that uses a cone like in conventional formwork, and also used a particularly long cone to reduce the filling depth of the mortar after the cone was removed. It has also been proposed that the separator is made larger to prevent corrosion from reaching the separator. However, this method loses the advantage of simple formwork, which is easy and inexpensive to handle, and not only increases construction costs, but also causes the mortar filled in the cone removal area to peel off from the concrete over a long period of time. It has many disadvantages, such as cracking and cracking, which can lead to salt damage.

The device of the present invention is constructed as described above, and assembles the formwork as shown in FIGS. Then, concrete 11 is poured between the assembled formwork plates 1 and 1. After the concrete hardens, the forked wedge rods 10, 10 are pulled out, and the form plates 1, 1 are peeled off and removed from the concrete 11. As shown in FIG. A structure in which the ends of the rods 7, 7 protrude will be constructed. Then, if the protruding ends of the rods 7, 7 are hit with a hammer or the like, the concrete 11, as shown by the chain line in the same figure, will be removed.
It can be broken off from the end face position.

As explained above, the formwork device of the present invention is formed by providing enlarged locking portions at both ends using a synthetic resin material and protruding formwork receiving pieces at inner positions of the enlarged locking portions. a separator formed by connecting main rods in parallel at intervals vertically and integrally connected to each other by connecting rods; a formwork plate provided with a through hole through which the enlarged locking portion of the separator can be inserted; and the through hole. It is constructed with a two-pronged wedge rod that is inserted between the enlarged locking part of the separator that protrudes further and the outer surface of the formwork plate, sandwiching the main rod of the separator from both sides, so it does not use the conventional threaded rod. The formwork can be assembled by simply inserting the ends of the separator rods into the formwork plate and removing the forked wedge rods without using separators with cones, making the work extremely simple and compared to conventional methods. The formwork can be constructed strongly without using batting material for reinforcing the formwork. In addition, the separator is made of synthetic resin and can be manufactured at a low cost that is suitable for mass production. The end of the main rod that protrudes from the concrete after the formwork is removed can be easily broken off from the outer surface of the concrete. The broken part and the separator as a whole will not be corroded, and there are many advantages such as completely preventing the corrosion of reinforcing bars in the concrete that arise from the separator part, especially those that are susceptible to salt damage. It is highly effective as a simple formwork for concrete structures constructed in easily accessible locations.
