    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液透過性の表面シートと液不透過性の裏面シー
    トとの間に設けられた吸収体とから主として構成
    され、かつ、吸収体の長手方向両側縁部から外側
    に延出したサイドフラツプを有する使いすておむ
    つにおいて、前記サイドフラツプ部の裏面シート
    の、前記吸収体の長手方向両側縁部とサイドフラ
    ツプの腰回り部の裏面シート側に設けられたフア
    スナーテープの取付け端部の少なくとも内側に５
    mm離れた吸収体の長手方向側縁部と平行な線で形
    成される区域に直径２５〜５００μｍの穴を１〜
    ４０個／cm2の割合で設けたことを特徴とする使
    いすておむつ。
