DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a hydraulic damper equipped with an oil tank, in which the piston rod is cantilevered. For this reason, when the piston moves, the volumes of the chambers on both sides expand and contract differently, but the problem caused by this is solved by the oil tank, so that the vibration damping effect can be effectively exerted.

Examples will be described with reference to the drawings. The cylinder 1 has lids 2 and 3 at both ends, houses a piston 4, and defines oil chambers 1a and 1b on both sides thereof. The rod 5 slidably passes through the lid 3, its inner end is fixed to the piston, and its outer end is connected to a pull (not shown). The auxiliary cylinder 6 is fixed to the lid 2 and has a handle 6 at the outer end.
a, and a built-in expandable bellows type oil tank 7. A passage 8 passes through the lid 2 and has one end connected to the oil tank 7.
The oil tank 7 and the oil chamber 1a are communicated with each other by connecting to the end of the oil tank 7 and the oil chamber 1a. A valve 9 is provided in the passage 8, and the passage is kept open at all times by an attached spring 9a.
The oil chamber 1a is closed when the pressure becomes high and the speed of oil flowing through the valve 9 exceeds a predetermined value. The passage 10 passes through the piston 4 to form an oil chamber 1a,
1b, and a pair of valves 11 and 12 are attached to both ends. The valves 11 and 12 have the same structure as the valve 9, but are installed alternately so that they can close flows in opposite directions. The oil in the oil tank is appropriately preloaded so that the bellows is longer than its natural length. Since the three valves 9, 11, and 12 are all normally open, the oil in the tank 7 and the oil chambers 1a, 1b are all pre-pressurized equally.

The present invention is configured as described above. It is assumed that the handle 6a is locked to the structure and the rod 5 is connected to the pipe. When the piston moves back and forth due to piping displacement due to temperature changes, the movement is extremely slow, so the three valves remain open at all times, allowing oil to flow freely and restricting the piping. Never. On the other hand, the situation is different in the case of sudden vibrations such as earthquakes. When the piston suddenly moves to the right, the valve 11 closes and pressurizes the oil in the oil chamber 1b, but the two valves 9 and 12 are open, and the pre-pressurized oil in the tank instantly flows into the oil chamber 1a. flows into and fills here. Next, when the piston moves rapidly to the left, the two valves 9 and 12
is closed. The oil in the oil chamber 1a does not flow into the bellows, but is effectively pressurized. The change in volume that occurs in the left and right oil chambers 1a, 1b due to a certain amount of movement of the piston is large in the left chamber 1a and small in the right chamber 1b, but this does not impede the damping effect.

In another embodiment shown in FIG. 2, a spring 13 is inserted between the lid of the auxiliary tube 6 and the oil tank 7. This allows the preload to be strengthened or the length of the bellows tank to be shortened.

As described above, the present invention is characterized in that by employing a pre-pressurized bellows type tank, the operation of the cantilevered piston is made smooth and the vibration damping effect is made effective.
