易に調節可能となし、併せて点検、清掃、部品交
換等を簡便に行ない得るようにした少量散布機の
軸流送風機に関するものである。

傷する惧れがあり、また生育後期、所謂収穫期に
おいて、前述とは逆に風量が過少のとき、煙霧の
拡散不足により防除効果の低下を免れ難いので、
作物の生育過程における前期と後期とに対し、
()夫々容量の異なる別個の送風機を予め用意
するか、()吸込口を紋つて風量を調節するか、
電圧もしくは周波数で原動機の回転速度を制御

いる三相200ボルトの誘導電動機を使用できない
もので、ハウス利用者にとつては不便であり、ま
た周波数変換器付電動機は高価のため、利用者に
とつては不要な経済的出費を余儀なくされるとい

た環状の突起片Pを、前記減速機Rの前端の凹所
vに嵌入する一方、原動機Mの後端面において、
突起片Pの外側に穿設したメネジに、減速機R
の後端から貫通せるネジ桿16の前端を螺入し、
原動機Mと減速機Rとを着脱自在に装着する。ま
た原動機Mの後端から突出した駆動軸dに歯車g
を嵌合・止着し、該歯車gを、減速機Rにおける
ケース17内の入力軸18に軸受b、を介し回転
自在に支持した入力歯車19に噛合し、該入力歯
車19に噛合せる歯車20を、前記ケース17の
前後に設けた軸受b2,b3に回転自在に支持された
中間軸21の前方に固定し、この中間軸21の後
方に固定された歯車22に、ケース17の前後に
設けた軸受e1,e2に回転自在に支持された出力軸
14に固定せる歯車23を噛合し、原動機M側の
駆動軸dの回転数を低減させ出力軸14に伝達
し、この出力軸14に該設せるオネジsに羽根車
15の中心を螺合し、座金Wを介しナツトnで締
着し、必要に応じこの羽根車15と減速機Rとを
ナツトnの出力軸14からの離脱で分離可能とし
てある。前記歯車g,20,22,23、入力歯
車19を含めて歯車群Gと称する。図中、f1,f2

なる羽根車、減速比の異なる減速機と交換でき、
風量の調節が可能であり、またカバー24をケー
ス17から取外せば、ケース17内の歯車18,
20,22,23等の点検、清掃もしくは交換可
能であり、所望の減速比が得られる。

れていた従来の手段に比し一個の送風機で事足り
るので経済的負担の増大を招来しない上に、散布
時、殊に夜間での散布時において発生する騒音で
近隣の人家に迷惑を及ぼす惧れもないと共に、従
来におけるような原動機の電圧制御を行なう煩雑
な所作も不要であり、なお既存の送風機に若干の
改変を施すことで本案品が得られる等の実益を有
するものである。
