The so-called integral foam molding method is often used because it is easy to perform.

This is a method for manufacturing foam molded products.

There is one that is provided with an opening 12 that can be closed by overlapping. 14 in the figure is a stay for attaching the headrest to the seat, and the skin material 11,
It is integrated with a reinforcing body (not shown) embedded in a foam body (not shown) in 13.

Since the foam is exposed from the bottom, there is a problem in that the aesthetic appearance of the headrest is impaired. Furthermore, in the case of the skin material 13 in which the opening 12 can be closed by overlapping after raw materials are injected, there is a problem in that the aesthetic appearance is impaired because the overlapping creates a step in the area. Furthermore, due to the foaming reaction, the overlapping must be done in as short a time as possible, and the edges may be folded during overlapping due to workers rushing the work.
The aesthetic appearance may be further impaired or the overlapping may become insufficient. Moreover, if the overlapping is insufficient, the problem arises that the raw material leaks from the area and the area around the overlapping area gets dirty.

Alternatively, plate-shaped springs are provided at both ends of the opening, and the opening is opened by bending the springs to the outside of both sides of the opening.

のである。(Function) In the skin material according to this invention, the opening is always closed by the bias of the springs on both sides of the opening. In integral foam molding using such a skin material, the longitudinal ends of the opening are pushed from both sides, and the springs on both sides that press the opening are pushed outwards in a ``dog'' or ``dog'' shape. By bending it into the shape of a letter, an opening is opened, and the liquid foaming material is injected into the interior through the opening. Then, the force applied to both ends of the opening is released to release the spring, and the restoring force of the spring is used to release the force applied to both ends of the opening. The opening is then closed again, and the raw material is foamed in this state.

Moreover, if the spring is provided so as not to protrude outward from the surface of the skin material, the outer surface of the opening becomes substantially flat. As a result, the appearance of the integrally foamed molded product becomes extremely good.

前記と同様の構造としてもよい。 The skin material 20 is made of various sheet-like materials such as fabric, plastic leather, a laminate thereof, or a laminate of fabric and soft foam, etc., into a predetermined bag-like shape, and a stay insertion hole 22 is provided at the bottom. , 22, and an opening 24 for injecting liquid foaming material. The opening 24 is used not only for injecting the liquid foaming material but also for inserting an insert in which the stay 14 and the reinforcing body (not shown) are integrated. The openings on both sides 26, 26 are
As shown in FIG. 3, the ends are folded back inward and sewn together into a bag shape, and a spring 28 is passed through the bag shape on both sides 26, 26. The spring 28 consists of two plate-shaped springs 28a and 28b which are always urged to press against each other and are connected by hinges at both ends 29a and 29b. By pushing it as shown, it bends and opens outwards on both sides in the shape of a "dog" or an anti-dog shape, as shown by arrows C and D, respectively. Therefore, the opening 24 of the skin material is always kept closed with both sides 26 , 26 pressed together by the spring 28 . Note that the spring 28 may have the same structure as described above with two rod-shaped springs.

To insert the springs 28a, 28b on both sides of the opening, press the springs 28a, 28b on both sides of the opening from both outsides, i.e., arrows C, D. This is done by bending it in a ``dog'' shape or a reverse ``dog'' shape, and opening the opening 24. Next, the skin material is placed in a headrest mold, the opening 24 is opened in the same manner as when inserting the insert, and a liquid foaming material such as a polyurethane foam material is injected into the skin material through the opening. Immediately after injection, the force applied to both longitudinal ends of the opening is released to release the spring 28, and the restoring force of the spring closes the opening. Then, the mold is closed to perform foaming, and after the foaming is completed, the integrally foamed molded product is taken out to obtain the desired headrest.

となる。(Effects of the invention) The skin material according to this invention always closes the opening for injecting the liquid foaming material with springs provided on both sides of the opening, and bends the spring only when injecting the liquid foaming material. The opening can be opened by pressing the button. Therefore, there is no risk of raw materials leaking out of the opening and staining the area around the opening during integral foam molding.
Moreover, since the internal foam is not exposed after integral foam molding and there is no step difference due to overlapping, the external appearance of the integral foam molded product is extremely good.
