Claims (1)
- クリーンルームへの出入口を開閉する内側扉及
び外界への出入口を開閉する外側扉を備えたクリ
ーンルームにおけるパスボツクスにおいて、上記
パスボツクス内を殺菌する殺菌手段と、上記内側
扉及び外側扉の開閉制御手段と、この開閉制御手
段と連動して上記殺菌手段を作動又は非作動とす
るＯＮ−ＯＦＦ手段を設け、上記殺菌手段の作動
時には上記内側扉及び外側扉を閉状態に、上記内
側扉及び外側扉の開時には上記殺菌手段を非作動
状態に維持することを特徴とするクリーンルーム
におけるパスボツクス。
