ラムデータ記憶部に格納されているパートプログ
ラムデータの配列を示す説明図である。

２の記憶手段と、データ入力手段を介して入力さ
れる位置決め誤差測定データに基づいて前記パー
トプログラムデータを補正するデータ処理手段と
を有し、前記データ処理手段は第１の記憶手段に
格納されているパラメータデータを読み出し、こ
のパラメータデータに基づいて位置決め測定点の
属する領域を算出しかつ第２の記憶手段から位置
決め測定点の属する領域を示すパートプログラム
データを検索すると共に、この検索されたパート
プログラムデータに前記位置決め誤差測定データ
を加算したものを新たにパートプログラムデータ
として第２の記憶手段に再登録することを特徴と
