ある。<Prior art> The button-shaped battery storage tray as described above has a shape in which the rising wall surface following the bottom surface has a fairly gentle slope, and when the trays are stacked on top of each other as shown in Fig. 4, the tray T Battery B stored in a tray located below the bottom of
It is known that the battery is supported sequentially by the top surface. <Problem to be solved by the invention> However, in the case of button-shaped batteries, although their diameters are approximately the same, their thickness is Since the thickness varies greatly depending on the battery model, in a conventional structure, the total thickness after stacking the trays varies greatly depending on the battery model to be stored. For this reason, the type of cosmetic case or packaging specifications differ depending on the battery model, and it is also necessary to make the overall thickness uniform by inserting spacers between trays or on the top and bottom surfaces of the entire tray. However, there are problems such as the battery packaging work becoming complicated and the packaging cost increasing.

First, in a tray 1 having a bottom surface 2 and a rising wall surface 3 following this, the bottom of the tray 1 is supported by the top of the tray 1 below at the overlapping portion of the trays as shown in FIG. 1A, and the trays overlap. In order to do this, the overlap length l shown in Figure 1B is
must be l>0 (formula). here,
The material thickness of the tray 1 is t, the distance from the bottom surface 2 to the top of the rising wall surface 3 is h, and the rising wall surface 3 is
If the angle between the vertical line and the vertical line is θ, the overlapping length l is expressed as l=th·tanθ (formula). From the formula, th・tanθ>0 (formula), and from the calculation result of the formula, θ<tan -1 (t/h) (formula) is obtained as a condition for the trays to overlap, and,
If the angle θ is not made larger than zero, the mold will separate during tray molding, or the button-shaped battery will be difficult to insert. Therefore, the angle θ must be within the range of the following equation.

なる。 On the other hand, in order to prevent trays from overlapping each other, increasing the slope of the rising wall surface of the entire tray and bringing it closer to vertical makes it extremely difficult to separate from the mold during tray molding, and if the tray is forcibly removed from the mold, the tray may become deformed, etc. This will cause inconvenience. Therefore, by making the slope of only a part of the rising wall surface steep as defined by the following formula above, and making the other parts slope more gently than this, the rising wall surface with a gentle slope of more than a certain value can be used. Due to the presence of the above-mentioned steeply sloping rising wall, it is easy to take the batteries in and out, the batteries sit well after being stored, and the molds are not easily separated from the mold during tray molding. The overall thickness of the tray becomes constant, and as a result, the above-mentioned disadvantages can be eliminated. It goes without saying that the inclination above a certain level is an angle such that when the trays are stacked, the bottom of the upper tray fits into the corresponding part of the lower tray. By devising the shape of the trays so that they support each other, when stacking trays for packaging, the overall weight of the stacked trays is always constant regardless of the battery type stored.

In the tray 4 having a battery compartment formed by the above, the rising wall surface 6a has a steep slope in which the angle θ1 between it and the vertical line is determined by 0<θ1<tan -1 (t1/h1). On the other hand, the rising wall surface 6b has a gentler slope than the rising wall surface 6a.

This makes it possible to standardize gift boxes, significantly standardize packaging specifications, and eliminate the need for spacers, etc. For this reason. This has the effect of facilitating handling and reducing costs during packaging work. In addition, even when the batteries in the stacked trays are cleaned using automatic machines, or when the entire stacked trays are transported for storage, the thickness of the entire tray is uniform regardless of the battery model. Therefore, there are advantages such as ease of designing the machines and jigs to be used.
