Since it is supported on the outside, a large force is applied to the cover piece to support the large weight of the shoji running frame, and the connected part of the lower frame and cover piece may be deformed or damaged during or after installing the sash. There was a problem that caused this.

きる。Function The operation of the above means is to fit the cover member into the opening of the old window frame from the outdoor side, attach the cover member to the old window frame, and position the shoji running frame on the outdoor side of the old window frame. In this case, due to the large weight of the shoji running frame, a large force is applied to the part where the lower frame and cover member are connected, but the part where the lower frame and cover member are connected is double-walled and hollow. Since it is formed into a cylindrical shape, the bending strength of this continuous portion is increased and can withstand the above-mentioned large force, thereby preventing deformation and damage of this continuous portion. Further, since deformation of the continuous portion of the lower frame and the cover member can be prevented, the shoji running frame can be reliably supported by the cover member corresponding to the lower frame, and the shoji running frame can be prevented from lowering.

Prepare the vertical frames 13 and 14 with
1. Frame the lower frame 12 and vertical frames 13, 14, and frame the cover members 16, 17, 18, 19. Next, each prospective surface 4a, 5 of the old window frame 1
Receptacle frames 30, 27, 31, 3 for a, 6a, 7a respectively
Fix 2. Thereafter, the frame cover members 16, 17, 18, 19 are attached to the receiving frame 3.
The cover member 1 is inserted into the opening formed by 0, 27, 31, and 32 from the outdoor side and attached to the lower frame 12.
7 on the receiving frame 27, and in this state, push the sash toward the room to bring the abutting part 25 into contact with the old upper frame 4, and the abutting part 43 into contact with the receiving frame 27, so that the sash is moved indoors of the shoji running frame 15. Performs outward positioning. Next, the left,
Wedge pieces 37a, 37b, 38a, 38b are inserted between the right cover members 18, 19 and the receiving frames 31, 32, respectively, to position and fix the shoji running frame 15 in the left-right direction. In this case, wedge pieces 37a, 37b, 3
8a and 38b, the cover member 18,
19 can be firmly fixed. Next, wedge pieces 36a and 36b are inserted between the cover member 16 of the upper frame 11 and the receiving frame 30 to fix the vertical movement of the shoji running frame 15.
Next, the cover members 16, 17, 18, 19 are fixed to the old window frame 1 using mounting screws 39, 29, 40, 41. After that, post-processing such as attaching picture frames 44 and 45 and filling with caulking agent 46 is performed. When attaching the renovated sash 10 to the old window frame 1 as described above, the weight of the shoji running frame 15 is large, and this large weight is carried by the cover members 16, 17, 18, 1.
Since the cover members 16, 17, 18, 19 and the shoji traveling frame 15 are supported by the frame 15, a large force acts on the continuous portions of the cover members 16, 17, 18, 19 and the sliding frame 15, and this continuous portion tends to deform. However, the renovated Satsushi 1 of this example
0, the guide side portion of the lower frame 12 and the outdoor side portion of the cover member 17 have a double wall structure, and the continuous portion of the two is configured in a hollow cylindrical shape, so that the lower frame 12
The deformation of the cover member 17 can be prevented, and as a result, the shoji running frame 15 can be accurately positioned at a predetermined designed position, and the old window frame 1 can be successfully renovated. Further, as described above, since deformation of the cover member 17 of the lower frame 12 can be prevented and the shoji running frame 15 can be positioned at a predetermined position, the upper frame 11
Even if the cover member 16 is formed into a flat plate shape, deformation of the cover member 16 can be prevented, and the renovated sash 10 can have a beautiful finish after being erected. Further, in this embodiment, after placing the mounting portion 42 of the cover member 17 of the lower frame 12 on the receiving frame 27 fixed to the old lower frame 5, the renovated sash 10 is moved to the indoor side, and the contact portion 25 and 43 are brought into contact with the old upper frame 4 and the receiving frame 27 for positioning in the indoor and outdoor directions, making it possible to easily erect the renovated sash 10 and to support the renovated sash 10. It can be stabilized and its performance can be maintained over a long period of time.

By fixing to the old window frame, you can cover the exposed surface of the old window frame, and at the same time, install a new shoji running frame on the outdoor side of the old window frame, making it possible to renovate the old window frame without damaging the interior or exterior materials. It can be done easily, quickly and cheaply. In addition, even if the cover member is fixed to the old window frame as described above so that the shoji running frame is positioned in an overhanging manner on the outdoor side of the old window frame, the indoor side of the lower frame Since the outdoor part of the cover member corresponding to the lower frame and the lower frame have a double wall structure, and the continuous part of the lower frame and the cover member is made into a hollow cylindrical shape, the continuous part of the lower frame and the cover member is It is possible to prevent bending deformation at the time of the renovation, thereby making it easier to install the renovated sash in the correct position, improving the installation accuracy of the renovated sash, making the finished product beautiful after the renovation, and improving work efficiency. . In addition, as mentioned above, the lower frame and cover member are made into a hollow cylinder shape to increase the strength of the connected part of the lower frame and cover member, so even if children etc. stand on the lower frame during use after construction. This has the effect of preventing deformation of the upper and lower frame portions of the renovated sash and maintaining its performance over a long period of time.
