下の時にのみ前記ポンプＰによる循環水を前記湯
沸器Ａにより加熱する状態にする保温用制御手段
を設けた給湯装置であつて、 前記保温用制御手段が、 前記ポンプＰによる循環水を前記湯沸器Ａに対
してバイパスさせるバイパス路７、 前記湯沸器Ａと前記バイパス路７に循環水を選
択供給する流路切換弁Ｖ３、 前記温度センサーＳ３の検出温度が設定温度以
下の時にのみ前記湯沸器Ａに循環水を供給するよ
うに前記流路切換弁Ｖ３を自動操作する弁操作手
