ロツク図、第２図は第１図の線Ａ−Ａ′の生体断
面の加温領域と温度分布関係図、第３図は１つの
超音波アプリケータを用いた要部断面図、第４図
は本考案による音響レンズの半断面正面図、第５
図はその底面図ないし凹面部展開図である。 １は発振器、２は増幅器、３は整合回路、４は
超音波振動子、５は音響レンズ、６は脱気水、７
は生体、１０は超音波アプリケータ、１２は増幅
器ないしパワーアンプ、１４はコントローラであ
る。

Claims (1)
- 超音波振動子、音響レンズ及び脱気出からなる
複数の超音波アプリケータを具備し、その音響レ
ンズの凹面部は方位方向にそれぞれ複数の山の稜
線と谷の稜線とを交互に有し、両稜線間が等間隔
な斜平面ないし曲面により形成されており、また
複数の超音波アプリケータに対する駆動部におけ
る各増幅器のゲインを個別に制御するコントロー
ラを具備していることを特徴とする、超音波ハイ
パーサーミア装置。
