より供給された前記トナーを薄層化し、静電荷像
を担持する像担持体に前記トナー担持体を接触さ
せ前記トナーを前記静電荷像に付着させて現像す
る、静電記録装置の現像装置において、 前記トナー層規制部材は、稜線部を持つ基体と
、該稜線部を含む周面を熱収縮チユーブを収縮さ
せて被覆した被覆部とを有し、前記稜線部の被覆
部が前記トナー層規制部材に接触することを特徴
とする現像装置。
